Editorial Policy

Every guide must answer a specific coffee question. Adding words, product names or search phrases does not make an article worth publishing.

Sources and scope

Manufacturer documentation is the first reference for equipment specifications, cleaning and safety. Coffee education material can support brewing explanations. References are listed on each article, alongside the particular problem it addresses. A requirement for one machine is not presented as a rule for every machine.

AI assistance and attribution

AI is used to help prepare and edit source-based guides. The publication byline does not represent a fictional expert. The current archive was rebuilt with AI-assisted source review. That process is not an independent professional certification or a substitute for advice from a qualified technician.

A guide cannot claim that its writer tested a grinder, roasted a batch or measured extraction unless there is actual first-hand evidence. Illustrative calculations and proposed comparisons are identified separately from observed results.

Publication checks

The local editorial desk requires reference sources, a distinct reader problem and a review of the current version. Changes to the copy, references, attribution or purpose invalidate the prior approval. Generated drafts cannot approve themselves. Automated checklist scores are editing signals, not a prediction of Google rankings or AdSense approval.

Consolidation and corrections

Repeated answers are merged into a useful guide, with relevant old addresses redirected. Unsupported or unrelated content is withdrawn rather than redirected to an unrelated page. Substantial revisions display an updated date while preserving the original publication date.

Report corrections through the contact page, with the article address and a reference for the disputed statement. Equipment safety questions should go to the manufacturer or a qualified service provider.
